The impossible

2/10. I don´t know if I am heartless but the direction was so stiff and it was so predictable I just couldn´t get into it. Was no real heart to it though actors are trying of course. Ewan MacGregor feel as malplaced as in salmon fishing in yemen. But I don´t know he always felt malplaced after trainspotting.

Slater is still chirping away, here he is tied to a chair in Bullet To The Head.
Stallone with his pre workout glory swol, asking some important questions that must be answered...
It's that foreboding duct taped ride in the back seat of the car that has me worried.

Haha good stuff. Never been a fan of Slater, he was cool in True Romance but he fancies himself as Jack Nichoslon too much. Annoying.
Stallone on the other hand is a legend! And lookin good for a 66 year old. Hes still got it. I'm gonna check this one out.

Django Unchained

8/10

Really good though I don´t know if I got old but the splatter was ridiculous and had no place? I am not at all sensitive to gore or anything it just felt like why in a way I never felt with Tarantinos early movies and Kill Bill.
I don´t feel I ever need to see it again though but I had fun.

Rear Window - Alfred Hitchcock

One of his greatest films, so well written, directed and produced; easily a 10/10. The first great film I watched from Alfred Hitchcock; Psycho and Vertigo are also great, but if I had to choose one Hitchcock film as my desert island film, i'll choose "Rear Window."

"Skyfall" [8.6/10]: I think that Daniel Craig may be the best James Bond ever. I don't know that I would rate this as the best Bond movie ever, but it's up there. Looked great on blu-ray...

Agreed!

You and me both! I grew up on Bond and have seen every single one of them...but I've never been as engaged with the franchise as I have been with the last three Craig films. I'm glad he's going to do at least a couple more.

Side Effects (2013): 8/10

A darkly comic thriller that (cliche alert) keeps you guessing until the very end. The twists do ultimately go a little over the top, but it's so slickly made that it's hard find much fault with it.

These last three are the only ones I have on DVD, if that tells you anything.....but yes, I have seen them all at one point or another and I have always loved the franchise.
