Anyone ordered from headphone.shop? Did you have to pay the full amount straight away or just a deposit until ready to ship?
I wouldn't like to pay 8400eur for something I may receive in 6 months or so.

You’re asking about a vendor/customer relationship and for me that remains between the vendor and the customer. If you have never purchased from Thomas before then expect to be trading on normal contractual terms. If you are a regular customer then expect something different. If you want to buy something for that sort of price I’d recommend that you don’t use the web-site but contact Thomas directly and discuss the terms with him. He’s very approachable when he’s not away on holiday…..

Keep in mind that in case of warranty repair, you should return it to the point of sales.

Of course, I know.
But I'm Switzerland-based, thus that's the shop I should point at, or am I wrong?

No, you can go to either Audio Essence or headphone.shop, it's "nearby" for you anyway.
Since there was no location in your sig, I was warning potential overseas clients...

Alright, ended up ordering an Immanis full set. Hope the wait won't be that long. :)
Hope the Zähl HM1 will be up to the task, but it should be given its specs.

You inspired me . No, not really, but you gave me the final push... I also ordered the Immanis set from headphone.shop today. Another Immanis will find its way to Switzerland. Mine will be mainly used with a Pass Labs XA25 power amp (Preamp is a Pass XP32). I will also try it with my second HP setup, i.e. attach it to a niimbus US5 Pro.

This is my first ribbon headphone. After using full range ribbon speakers during 25 years, I am really looking forward.

Wait, so this is available in some locations, but not others? Boo :deadhorse:

I wanna know when the Imannis will be available in the US. Is it this month, or are we waiting until months later?

Lots of good timbre discussion here (what's music without it!) but...

For those that attended CJ and heard Immanis (was it hooked up to 25th envy at any point?), where do you put it vs the other current heavy hitters like sus / Caldera etc. Jack of all, genre specialist? What's the general consensus? (And yes, i'm away back to page 1 to read through... :relaxed:)

I spoke with Danny and decided to join in the Reindeer Games :deer: by ordering the Immanis package.

This is my first ribbon hp as well so I might as well start with a good one.

The only Ribbon headphones on the market are the Raal Headphones. There is no bad one, they're all good
