PSA: Massdrop-bought ERA-1 have no warranty beyond 30 days.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to Drop Community Support. I am sorry to hear that you are having that trouble with your Quad ERA-1. While I understand how frustrating this can be, I would like to provide you with some information regarding our return policy.
We only offer returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, not-as-advertised, or are missing components. These issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Looking at this product run page, I see that a warranty was not included for this product.
When runs are completed, we submit the group's order to the vendor up-front. This is how we are able to deliver the best value to our customers and is why all sales are final.
