Silicon tips: final e, spinfit cp145, spinfit double flange, stock silicon tips from qdc, campfire, and 64 audio.

foam tips: stock ones from campfire and 64.

I find the foam tips to be more consistent in balancing out pressure without too much hassle, but I dislike the sound with foam tips as it loses a little clarity and dynamics.
You might want to try the Azla SednaEarFitLight Short tips if they fit. Mine is a custom, but I use those tips on my universals whenever I can as they usually make the fit much better and they usually sound better. That is for me, but they are award winning tips.

I second the Azla Sedna Lights. 👍

I spoke with Andrew about whether qdc sells the Dmagic 3D cable with its detachable connectors separately, and he told me it is available for $160.

I love my VX-S, so of course I’m interested in the newly introduced V14. I don’t think it is shipping until mid-April, so I hope to read more from user’s who have experienced this new flagship. :L3000:

V14 just pre-ordered, so I will report back on how it compares to the VX-S ...

Yes, the MKII and the VE 8. I do plan on writing reviews and comparisons. ✌️

I am taking advantage of MusicTeck’s sale pricing on the Anole VX ($1,799) and just ordered it. Excited to compare it to the rest of my IEMs!
I had same your doubt about DMAGIC or VX and I bought Mest Mk2 last month but DMAGIC calls me😍
Did you compare VX with Mest?

yes, I have. The MKII is really really good, but I still prefer the VX due to its overall tonal signature and comfortable fit.

Did you find too warm on mids Mest with SA700?

I actually find the SA700 has a forward sounding midrange albeit warmer trebles. Regarding the MKII, I ordered it with a 4.4mm connector, so I’m using my ZX300 since I don’t have an adapter to convert the connector to a 2.5mm or 3.5mm.

The MKII sounds fantastic driven by the ZX300 with its custom firmware, so the two work well together. ✌️

You preferred VX in tonal instead Mest Mk2, can you explain me?

To my ears, the trebles on the VX were more extended with a level of purity I found intoxicating. I know some found the VX bright at times, but this never bothered me.

Unfortunately, I sold my VX to help fund the V14, or I would give you greater detail about the differences.

Thank you Bro, I was tempted by your VX😏, but I love Mest MK2 bass, dunno how VX bass could be, looking at FR VX appears more focused on midbass but I didn’t listen to higher full BA than VE4 and VE6xc.
I love DD bass😜
