Q-Jays.. replacing the green filter

Hello, i bought a broken q-jays a week ago. When they came to me i've noticed that the broken ear piece play music, but very quiet. So i took of the black filter and saw that the green thing inside the tube is pressed down and more brown than green. I took a needle and remove this thing. Now They are working Well

The question is: are there any know replacing filters instead the green ones?

Left ear piece with out green thing plays music with a little more heights. Old filter is wasted.

Please Help

Please help me, is there any chance to buy those green filters? Another thing is that it is extremely hard to put those filters back to its place... maybe i can use some kind of a foam instead them?
