I recently got a couple of fast primes (Canon 28 f/1.8 and 85 f/1.8), and I find them to be a lot of fun to chase the cats around the house with

I especially love the 28mm for really low light, since its so easy to hand hold. The light only light source in this shot is the lights on the tree.
28 f/1.8, 1/15 sec, f/1.8, ISO 1600 (no sharpening or noise reduction)

Dont tell them, but I think Abby is by far the cutest. She has such a nice sad-kinda look in her eyes, almost human. Truffles just looks really really freaked and Cosmo looks really playful. I love cats
