Can someone explain how one gets those great car pictures?? Wit the blurry background and the tack sharp car?? The principle doesn't make sense, seeing as how the car is the thing moving while the ground isn't ??

Picked up this super wide angle recently. Pretty good lens. Decent build, decently sharp, good colour. Fun to work with. It is the 12mm Super Wide Heliar f/5,6 from Voigtländer in VM mount.

My previous two shots back a couple pages were taken with the same setup. It's not a perfect lens, but one of the coolest things about it which you may have seen in previous shots of mine is that it does a great job shooting straight into the sun (if you like starbursts).

Huh. That seems like a very difficult technique to get right. Nice work Planar-Head!

Nice shot. Wow it looks like a pretty old big hangar. What's the span of this hangar?

My very first (decent) picture with a quality camera. It looks really stereotypical, but I think I'm allowed to be at this stage.

Thanks!

It's a Sigma DP1S, courtesy of a kind friend.

That's an interesting compact camera. Lots of additional stuff available for it.
Unlike most other compact models...really glad I found this MagFilter thingy for my RX100.

Your first picture had very good execution!! The picture at the top of my quote is very good, but I'd suggest brightening it up a little, on my end it looks kinda dark. Nice intro Eke!

P.S. my favorite image editor is Adobe Lightroom.

Lightroom is such an awesome piece of software.
I'm using Lightroom 4. I know, 5 is out already, but the changes are not that impressive IMO. Not worth the upgrade.
