A friend of mine is a genuine "Indiana Jones", organizing several expeditions in the Amazon jungle, as well as an internationally respected "Tribal art" dealer specializing in the macabre. Ten years ago he purchased the entire artifact collection of the Niagara Falls Museum, which began in 1827. One of the many mummies he acquired from that sale turned out to be Ramses I. He built a 6,500 sq. ft., 3 story, 1 bedroom condo so he could display some of his collection. The walls and cabinets are full of artifacts. The majority of the collection however, including a huge whale and mastedon skeleton, is in a warehouse. These photos are from his 2nd annual Halloween Party. This inspires me. I'm going to ask my wife if I can get some decoratory shrunken heads. Maybe if she drinks first she'll be more likely to say yes -I'll have to record the conversation though.
