Thanks Digger!

Milkpowder, i've not used any Canon glass on my Canon at all! Been shooting with Manual Carl Zeisses, Pentaxs, Rollei and Nikkor glass! All primes and all very, very sharp.

Here is a pic I took the other day with a Rebel XT and the kit lens (18-55mm).
The only PP was a little sharpening in PS and some cropping.

I really like this shot. The bug looks like it is struggling to hold on. I haven't taken very many photos lately, but here are a couple of my last shots:

Thanks! The bug was holding on fine, but I think it was just getting pissed that the big shadow thing kept following. It kept trying to hide on the other side of the thistle flower. I must have snapped 20+ shots to get that one.

There's a lot of new members and new posters that may have not viewed the original post.

Caught up with 6 weeks worth of posts. Some truly brilliant photos in here! I can't quote all I wanted to, because this post would get much too large. A high level of photography on display here, from a lot of different people. Nice!

I got back from my vacation yesterday (Holland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Italy, San Marino, Monaco, France, Switzerland, Germany, Holland), have about 4000 photos to sort. So expect some soon(ish).

Hey, I'll be flying from Buffalo-Seattle for PAX (I'm from Canada) and want to pick up a Canon 50/1.8, anybody have any suggestions on somewhere I could get one, either on the way to the Buffalo airport from Canada, or somewhere in downtown Seattle? I've looked but can't find anywhere
