Ok, so my real contribution is that I've just agreed to buy a pair of Edition 9's! Got a good deal in the aforementioned For Sale forums and have just sent off the PayPal funds. Bye bye money! I'll miss you! I hope the Edition 9's are as good as all of the Ultrasone fanatics seem to think they are. I highly doubt it, but will be happy to eat my words if I needs to.

Please forgive my ignance on this but how do you connect your K1000's to this amp?My guess is that you would have to change the plug,am I mistaken?

1. Don't quote large pictures, especially in the next post.

2. K1000s often run off speaker amps. He'd connect them to the binding posts.

Sure looks like a really nice amplifier. Which I have no doubt will be a nice match for the K1000.

Ordered King Crimson - In The Court of the Crimson King.

Wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I was thinking of getting the rest of their albums, but I thought I would try this first.

Head-Fi noob, got my first pair of hd650s in the mail today, and am listening to them now.

It's astounding how much of my music I've never actuallly heard before..

Next up is upgrading my old pa2v2 to something more fitting. I'm in line for the pico, but I'm lurking the trade forums for something to use in the meanwhile..
