As long as your not overly overclocking, you wont need an aftermarket heatsink. The stock ones usually do the job with anything roughly .5ghz over stock clock. Anything over that and you really should get a cooler, if not before then.
Also just noticed were talking about sound card heatsinks, dunno about them, but the one pictured above is completely fake. Its literally a passive cooler sitting on top of a passive cooler, not hooked up or anything, it was probably meant to be a joke.
