Oh yeah, and another recent purchase that I've fallen in love with:

First in a series of 3 collections of H.P. Lovecraft's books. I'm definitely going to finish this one quick

New PC built from components.
I've had my current one for 6 years now (AMD 3200+, 2GB ram) and it's started to BSOD on me. As it happens an on-line PC vendor had a deal-of-the-day for a core i7 1366 cpu & mobo for just over the price of a 1156 setup I was hankering after. So I bit. :)

spooky,

While my home gaming rig is a nice Core2 Quad 9450(@3.7GHz) with a GeForce GTX 9800+, my office computer is about ten-years old: an AMD Athlon 2100+ (2GB ram).  I just ordered the parts for my new office computer which I'll hopefully be building this weekend:

Core i7-930 (which will be o/c'd to 4GHz)
6GB PNY CAS8 PC1600 DDR3 (3x2GB)
Geforce GTX 460 (1GB - factory o/c'd)
Vertex 2 100GB SSD
Caviar Black 1TB HDD
Lite-On BD Burner (with 3D Blu-Ray read capability)
Asus Xonar Essence PCIe
Asus Rampage III Gene micro-ATX mobo
NZXT Vulcan case (with optional 200mm side fan)
Corsair 750-watt single 12V rail
Corsair CWC H50 watercooler

What components are you putting into your new build?

Firestone Bravo re-clocker with dedicated PSU, not in its proper position yet but still quite photogenic.

Legal stuff, drafting lawsuit with Word Perfect and things.  But hey, you never know when Corel will release a DX11 version of Word Perfect that is multi-threaded.  Gotta be prepared for that you know.

Hahaha that's the spirit.  Either way, good build! I need to start rebuilding mine.  My power supply is starting to kick out
