It's about the best bet here in the UK. I wouldn't buy a Kindle due to the proprietary books and it doesn't easily support epubs. The new Nook looks good especially for the price but they don't sell them here in the UK and even if they were available, the bookstore wouldn't work. The Kobo was good looking until I realised you needed a Windows machine to set the thing up and the dictionary feature only works with books bought from the store.

I know what that feels like. The Ety8 are wonderful... Why did I ever part with them? I need another pair of NIB Ety8's to put away. If I see one on ebay below $100 they're MINE
