Hi Baltasar, I have same problem. The latest version, which works well for me, is 0.9.3. But I switched to JRiver Media Center, so it's no longer a problem for me :)

Has someone this DAC-amp? I use it everyday with Fostex TH-X00 and Sennheiser HD6XX... I just received an Audeze LCD 2 Classic and need more power (for classical music) sometimes. I don’t know if I need to buy a more powerful amp (THX 987) or just a balanced cable to have enough power...

I see that the discussion is old but I try to ask.
I could have the new Pioneer U05 at a very attractive price, less than 500 €.
I would buy it as a DAC because it has many connection possibilities.
According to you who have it, only the DAC section is still valid considering the price?

I have a contact who can get it for me at this price but I don't know where he gets it.
I know it's not new, but for such a sum it tempts me.

Hi, please, can you advise if I can plug both XLR & RCA line outputs at the same time on Pioneer U-05 Headphone amplifier? If so, is there anything to be aware of?
On RCA (set as fixed output) I plugged my integrated amplifier. On XLR I would like to plug a Lake People G103-P. Obviously they wouldn't both work at the same time.
thank you

I finally found a unit in great condition and am extremely pleased with it. It pairs extraordinary well with my Pioneer SEM1 with balanced dual 3-pin.

Not sure if this question is asked before or not, but... How can I adjust the standby mode? It powers off after a certain time, which I find annoying.

Sorry to revive this thread again, but do you think this is still on pair with nowadays dac/amp ?
Looking to pair it with an HD800s and a JOT R + Raal
