Unsure if I’ll keep the dap as it’s the first I’ve owned since the og iPhone came out and its limitations compared to using my iPhone are quite obvious in use

One under-rated feature (imho) of the Hiby R3’s when used with an iOS device is AirPlay.

You can connect the Hiby to iPhone via the personal hotspot when you’re on the go and you have a better sounding portable setup than using Bluetooth. Control everything from your phone and you don’t have to worry about the rudimentary OS in the Hiby. No wire and dongle hanging out of the phone either .

I’m thinking of “upgrading” my R3 Pro Saber to the new R3 II due to the switch from 2.5 balanced to 4.4 balanced now. It’s a sweet little device when you find a use case that works for you.
