How does the GM sound with the Raphael? I'm hoping for improved/more forward mids, without sacrificing bass or treble or soundstage.Grand Maestro, Raphael, DMPZ1

That's pretty much what I was looking for also, and the Raphael somehow manages to bring the mids more forward, especially the upper mids. Bass is still dynamic as always, and treble might be a touch smoother. I haven't noticed any pronounced change in soundstage either. A very good match, IMO, and I've rolled all my cables with the GM. This is probably my favorite with it. And a terrific price, relatively speaking. How does the GM sound with the Raphael?
