Thanks, I'll try to grab some.
Do you think it would work here?

Unfortunately, No.  Maybe some light Hot Glue, and mold in with a wet finger (just a small dab of it)?

wow, that's a pretty long cable.  how do you like the he400?

Yes it is but I dont complain since Hifiman send me this cable for free, because of the first batch problems and I do like the HE400, but only with some tweaking (EQ, BBE App, E17 Bass and Trebleboost). The HE400 have better dynamics, resolution and bass then the Shure SRH1840 which I dont really like.

iPod Shuffle and Beyerdynamic MMX101 IE

I'd been using my ie8s for 2 and a half years, and I was surprised how decent these sound for the price... I use the same (well a different pair, obviously) Sony silicone tips.

Totally new to Head-fi and the high end audio scene but I am loving every bit of the learning process.

Below is my starter rig: iPhone 4 (in airplane mode) - CLAS - iBasso D12 - V-Moda M80 (AnakChan Special) or Shure 535.

Why don't you upgrade your IEM's instead of wasting more money on source? Speakers offer more of a sound quality improvement or change than an AMP or DAC. If you're happy with the SE535, then so be it...

@seakadds: Thanks for clarifying.

@Tronz: I should have clarified my extended wish list. As much as I love my Shure 535s I am looking to also get a couple pair of cans probably a Ultrasone Signature Pro and Grado 325. Additionally, the ALO Rx Mk3 gives me option to expand to balanced headphones in the future if I do desire. The way I see it I am hopefully future proofing (to a certain extent) my portable audio rig for sometime at least. There is a reason to my madness.

Additionally, I did get the chance to do a fairly extensive test of the ALO Rx Mk3 at the recent Tokyo Fujiya Avic Headphone Festival with other Head-Fiers, and I was just amazed at how better my music sounded. I tested it with the Shure 535s, V-Moda M-80's, Ultrasone Signature Pros and couple of other headphones tha were at the Head-Fi table. All I can say is it haunts me in my dreams...it calls to me.
