You must have a high tolerance for treble, I read the crystal's were pretty splashy up top.
Picked up a pair of the new Philips Uptowns today to try 'em out. So far I'm very intrigued.
How do the uptowns sound?
.Actually, the thing that's standing out to me the most is soundstage/imaging, believe it or not (in a good way).
After returning my hm-601 this is my rig as well now
Do you have an amp? if so, which amp? I was thinking about getting the e11 because it is just easy, i guess... but there are probably better amps out there for the money.
Reshelling is the first order of business. If money is tight, get a Westone cable for now and then upgrade to a Chris_Himself cable. The Westone is probably the best $40 cable you can buy, no joke. I would not recommend using the stock cable with reshelled TF10s (nor would I recommend using it at all).

I disagree. Reshelling is expensive and doesn't always work. I find the easiest and cheapest way to change the fit and sound quality of any IEM is to change the tips. MEElectronics tips for their M6 earphones will also fit the TF10. You can get a set of six for $5.99. http://www.meelec.com/category_s/379.htm
