The Shuffle is the best player I've ever heard (flat) - the Nano and the Touch don't quite come up to that standard imo.. but still perfectly acceptable to my ears.

Of course, this is just my take; and I've only really been listening with the one set of iems the past 2 years.

Re: the foobar talk in the last page
I made a wiki for it but then I lacked resources for the most complex themes, will get around to finish it someday http://www.head-fi.org/a/foobar2000-appearance-customization-skins-themes-configs

Great work indeed Progger...

Wow, these headphones look really gorgeous, but are they any good?

What from what I have heard, the Incase Sonics actually sound decent.

Bought an iPod Touch because I was curious; it sounds as good as the Nano but not quite as good as the Shuffle.

Interesting.....I don't think I have ever compared them back-to-back, but I'm happy with both.
Maybe you just need to burn it in.....

It probably just is placebo - or the fact that I find the Rock preset on the Touch and Nano quite good with my iems - better than flat - and of course that the Shuffle has no EQ settings.
