It is gold plate OFC line of 0.9mm.

However, differences are clearer than OFC lines not plated.

Sorry for no pics w/ my im716's - someone broke them at the chicago head-fi meet today and never said anything to anyone....lame. They even hap-hazzardly put it back in the case...hopefully its just the cable.

Thats what have stated others have stated about the gold plating I noticed. Maybe I'll research this more in the future. Thanks for the reply.

You'll need to host these images on the Web rather than on your PC. Try a site like ImageShack or PhotoBucket. Flickr would be good too. All three of the sites I mentioned are free to use.
