The cable is actually a custom job - quad pure silver with a right angle neutrik. It actually looks WAY nicer than the stock cable. I also have the Westone ES2 cable coming in soon. I know a lot of people feel that cables do not make a difference. I've been good....so I decided to use the funds to check out various cables myself!

That cable looks great. It looks a lot like the Sensaphonics cable to me. The plug is a bit bulky looking for portable, and so long as the cable wasn't grossly expensive I could see getting one like that for those. If you're going to get nice headphones you might as well go all out.

Headphones for both are impedance modded and recabled KSC35 on PortaPro headband with HD414 pads. Everything is held together by a hair-band shamelessly stolen from girlfriend.

To say the least, it's the least expensive and best setup I've ever heard
