Sebastian,
the Pengamp is sold on ebay.
It usually sells for around 60-65 EUR. You can find it on either ebay UK or .com when you search for CMOY.
It is a very beautifully built amp and not comparable to the usually home soldered CMOYs with their normal curcuits.
Maybe I will write a review if I had more time with it.

EDIT: I didn't know until now that iMod disabled the line-out. I thought it disabled the headphone jack. My bad.

Because with a modded iPod the line-out is disabled.

Wow, and until tonight in all of my Head-Fi hobby I thought you were forced to use the line-out after the iMod.

I think you are.
They mod it so the headphone jack becomes a line-out. If I'm not mistaken.

That's correct. The headphone out becomes a very high quality line out. But the line out from the dock port is also disabled with the iMod. The only out is the line out on what was the headphone jack.
