The two DeCava Custom Luthiered guitars are signed by Les Paul himself. I was a frequent patron of The Iridium Jazz Club in NYC and might even say that I became a distant friend of Les Paul over the past 5 years of his life. He signed all my guitars which also include a Gibson Les Paul 1959 Reissue, a Gibson Les Paul 1957 Custom Reissue and a Gibson/Epiphone Les Paul. He was truly a very humble human being and a great person in addition to be an icon of music. We all miss him greatly. Scottsmrnyc

BTF1980- Well I do have some insulation up and I only playing it at a 4 out of 10 volume level when they are home. If I hear them go out, I can go a little higher. There is a solid block of wall in between each apartment; so my building is built a little bit better than others. I will admit that the MC 1.2Kws are a bit excessive but I originally want the McIntosh MC600s or MC700 series amps which were discontinued. The MC500s were a bit low although I am sure they would have done the job. I wanted power for the future. I am a considerate neighbor though! If I want louder music, I can listen through my headphones but I must admit that I really don't listen to music at loud levels any more. I tend to listen to New Age, Classical, and Jazz trios through the outer system and Rock etc through my Stax or Headroom systems. It's the science of adjustments living in a Manhattan apartment. Thanks for your comment/ Scottsmrnyc

Smallfish- Yes some pieces were on the expensive side; but some were not. I am using a Yamaha 5 Disc changer which was less than $300. The Cerwin Vega D9s cost more to ship than what I paid for them on E Bay. The same is true for the huge Infinity Speakers without the grills. Some people buy high end just to have high end. It is best to use your judgement and go by what sounds best to you. Enjoy Scottsmrnyc

They are both here to stay. The Line 3 can be picked up for a good price every now and then on Audiogon. The Phono generally sells quick so you would have to be fast
