That's the idea. Heck I didn't even buy the proper pad for the chair (using extra pillows and a comforter) because it was $30. Pft. That's $30 I'm putting in my turntable fund.
EDIT: I do plan to invest quite a bit into a much nicer chair once all the actually gear comes together.

I still enjoy my HD 800 rig a heck of a lot and would say it's in the realm of high-end.

Ahahahaha. Oh god that was great.
It does looks really good with a proper pad, but I'll only get one when it's retired as a listening chair and goes into the living room.
