Was using another Audio-gd unit (i.e. the 10SE) before I moved on to the Ref 7.1. While the 10SE DAC is good, the Ref 7.1 is a significant step up from the 10SE.

Yep. I was surprised by the size of the DAC when I first got it..did not expect it to be the size of a small table. The Ref 7.1 measures 17" wide.

I'm trying to see if it will fit where I want to put my next DAC.  What about up and down (height)?

What a beautiful looking system. The Amplifier looks particularly nice.
