All this for a pair of headphones? Impressive.
Do you have a speakers system as well?

Headphones only for now, but will eventually be moved to a 2 channel system when the kids are a little older.

Before this setup, I was running a Dave/DC4/Mscaler/Riviera AFC-10/Susvara, multiple power cords, High Fidelity Cables interconnects, etc, etc and was able to sell everything for a 2nd hand HE-1, pocket some cash, simplify the setup and stop searching for the next best headphone/amp/preamp.

I definitely didn't start with this. One of the curses of being on Head-fi since 2008 and upgrading throughout the years.

Honestly, Ive seen plenty of setups with multiple headphones, amps, preamps, where you are approaching the same value. I'm definitely in the one headphone only category.

I know what you mean....
My 2 sets of 2 channel system, downstairs and master plus hp system and my TOTL PHs probably > 50 K usd. I think.

I was thinking of a used HE1 system in the future; however, I could not justify a 60K usd HE1 system and call it a day.....

My life long partner for life would slit me on the spot if she know the price.

Not sure whether this qualifies as high-end but I think this is as close as I can get to my "end game". And yeah, I know there isn't anything like "end game" in this hobby but I don't think I will change anything in this setup for next 5 years at least
