Shoot me an email to orders at audeo-online.com and I'll forward your request onto Phonak Europe.

I'd like them replaced as well, wbrownie. I am in a similar situation to that from ruXx.

I recently purchased the PFE. Compared to full sized headphones I've never been much of a believer in IEMs. My last purchase was the UM3X and I was very disappointed by the rather muffled and ordinary sound.

The PFE is quite brilliant. Excellent sound (very clear without sounding harsh) and comfort at a very sensible price - although I would have liked a tad more bass impact. Listening to this, I can now believe comments stating that some IEMs (e.g. JH13 Pro) can be better than full sized cans. I don't think the Phonak is as good as my full sized cans, but it is very good.

The PFE is a clear example of how good a single driver IEM can be. It makes me wonder how many of these multi-BA designs are just marketing BS for demanding high prices.

Great work Phonak!

I'm still enjoying my pair - crack in it and all. I look forward to the new models to get a replacement. Did they come out yet?

I've actually got the updated model. I think they are backordered again though. I tried to order mine directly through Audeo World a few days after the new version came out and it was backordered. It does not say this on the Audeo World site. I only found this out after I ordered it.

I ended up canceling from Audeo World and getting it from somewhere else.

Hi guys, I'm probably coming to join this club later this week. I ended up returned my SA6 for good. They always gave me trouble but now I wanted to try something different. Since PFE was about same price range I went out for one of these instead (without mic.)
I am awaiting one from Hifiheadphones.co.uk soon. Will notify you if I receive the updated one or not.

Hi bill,

Quick question, is there any improvement yet in the casing of the earphone? I'm on my third pair of PFE and think I see the little crack starting to form yet again. I'll wait to see if it cracks before I ask for a replacement but I wanted to see if this was updated at all.

having both the Phonak and UM3x I can say that the UM3x is far better. No offense Phonak.
