i have a 15$ discount at ebay so 3590 will cost nothing to me. fx40 will cost 10$ with shipping.
and about false 3590s is there a lot? i will buy from ebay by a china seller

It's cheaper and safer to buy from Korea:

I prefer the FX40 but you can't go wrong with either.
FX40 is a much sharper V shaped sound while SHE3590 is smoother.
I prefer the FX40s because they have great clarity and the bass goes deeper but the treble may be too much for some people.

Compared the SHE3500 and 3590. Looks like the 3590 has a metal filter and the 3500 has a black plastic one but don't know if it affects the sound.

Without EQ they're punishingly V-shaped, with EQ they don't miss anything compared to high-end IEMs.

filters certainly change the sound! i'm iffy about eq.. maybe its just me but i feel that eq cannot add anything to the sound, if anything it can cut out (eq bass reducer). What i mean is that if you up its mids ( it becomes to artifcial etc) the drivers weren't meant to be pushed in that way.

just my 2 cents. but i have never done any serious eqing for them ( or any other audio gear)

try straightening out the peaks in the treble and it sounds much better than unEQed.

The earphones don't know how much mids a song normally has, it doesn't mind if you turn them up a bit unless you're listening at excessive levels.

Mine become sticky on the cable and the earplug, it can't be use anymore because it's like wearing the 3580 that glued all over it and leave the sticky glue on my skin from it.
I'm using it as my fitness gear, so maybe the cable and the earplug are not durable to my sweat.
Does anyone have the same problem with me?

Maybe you should try cleaning the headphones?

i think i have the same problem, only in a more minor way. I use them when i go to the gym too. Do you put them inside your shirt when exercising? Mines is a slight bit sticky. i use alcohol wipes ( you can always damp a piece of cloth and put a dab of soap on it) and wipe off the sweat too  on them immediately after exercising, which is probably when mines isn't as sticky as yours. Regardless i think its fine if its just for gym use... if you use it in different places ( gym AND listening at home) i can seee why its a problem
