Hi all, 
 
I recently purchased a pair of PFE 012 but was wondering if other Comply foam tips would work just as well as the
recommended t-130s.  The reason I ask is because I live in Japan and had to order my PFEs from the UK  and the
only Comply foam tips they stock here are the: t-100, t-200, t-400,t-500 or the P-series. Would any of these work
just as well or should I just give up and order the t-130s from the UK?


Any advice/info would be appreciated. Thanks!!

T200, T400 and T500 is probably too big. T100 and P-series might not be tight enough. If you can find JAYS foam tip or Shure black foam ('olive' as we call it here) locally, they should fit. Your best bet is to order a extra pack of T130 with the PFE, then experiment with other later on.

I'm going to hunt around to see if I can get hold of Shure Olives since they do have a large range

I've found some t-140s, would they be compatible?

T140 is for ADDIEM (Apple dual drivers). The nozzle is similar enough to the PFE so it might fit, but whether it is tight enough (or over tight) is hard to tell since I don't have any T140 here.

Alright thanks for letting me know. I'll keep that in mind. I think I'll either order the t-130s from the UK or get the Shure Olives.
