I'm running the PC360s through my Tritton AX720 amp and inline switch (pictured below) by plugging the mic and headphone plugs into the appropriate jacks. I am able to hear game audio and voice chat, but when I try using the mic it does not register anything.
 
I have ruled out the mic itself, because it works flawlessly when plugging into my PC. But I cannot get it to work on the X360.
 
I have tried the following to no avail:

1. adjusting the voice volume
2. muting/unmuting (this causes the voice chat icon to light up momentarily but no sound is captured)
3. resetting my amp
4. resetting my X360
5. unplugging/plugging back in all cables

 
Also plugging my Tritton AX720s back in, and the mic on those works just fine.
 
If anyone has any experience with this combo, I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

You might want to send an Xbox representative an e-mail about it. They would know more about it than I do. It seems like a problem with the Xbox, IMO.

Bigrich76, you ever find an answer? I'm having the same problem even though it seems many people are using this combo with no issues.
