It's tied to your own PC so it might fare better. Still can't use a controller though.
The Valve console is ugly as sin, if the price/specs are good I'd still have to put it in a different enclosure.

Yeah, a local streamed set may be nice but come on? Buy one for when you are on the crapper? Othersise, ill go to my gaming mouse and monior station thank you.

Havent seen pics of new valve station

The prototype is rumored to be based on the "Piston" (Valve=Piston, harhar) minipc which Valve piled a wad of money into funding.

Last time I checked it'll run on AMD APUs. Dedicated GPU in a M-ITX rig would work better I believe, but given the size I guess there really isn't much choice.

Crap. Hoping Relic(Homeworld <3) and Company of Heroes 2 survive. Bad news, THQ had one of the most interesting mix of studios.

Mmmm, yummy modded Fallout New Vegas.

It also looks really neat when a sandstorm kicks up.

Getting all the mods to work right was a bit of a hassle, to say the least. It's also a shame that it doesn't support AA.

Looks really awesome in motion, especially the use of depth of field. And my piece of crap CPU can actually run ENBseries on New Vegas!

Well, the ENBseries is almost entirely CPU dependent, and it's doing some pretty heavy modifications. I remember on my old Althlon X2 running ENB series on Morrowind didn't work all that well!

Oh snap, just found a mod that retextures some of the guns. Totally getting that.

I plan on recording some video later, since it just looks too awesome not to!

Fraps is dangerous. Remember to use half size and choose a decent fps. I generally choose 30 fps.
