Muchas Gracias! Man.Inpol Ear Manual done! See attachment.
Many thanks.
The Inpol Ear has the main fuse at the IEC socket but I think there are at least another two fuses inside.
Can anybody confirm this and know the type, amperes and size of those fuses?

Greetings everyone,
My first post here. I've been around the forum reading very insightful discussion from you guys for sometime and finally decided to join the conversation, if you guys don't mind. Let me thank all contributors, this thread has guided me well to have Pathos Inpol Ear into my possession!
A bit of background, I was a speakers guy for a long long time. Since almost two years ago by chance dipped into headphone world, and I'm losing my way out...please help.
Most recently, I passed by a local head-fi store to audition Arya Stealth with no strong desire to buy initially. Here we go, a pair of Arya came home with me and now burning-in slowly with the Pathos Inpol Ear. With just 20hrs on the clock for Ayra, the combo sounds great to my ears with bundled unbalanced hp cable. Now looking forward to try balanced connection with the Inpol Ear - let's see if there's any good surprise!
Cheers,
New
PS. I have a photo to share but unfortunately I'm too new to find the way to post. Sorry!

Thank you! I tried to click the button but the option to upload image wasn't there in my first post, only URL/link option was there. However, it works now.

There are four fuses inside that are 2-amp 5x20mm (small size) slow-blow. The two on the outside are 3.15-amp 5x20mm (small size) slow-blow.The Inpol Ear has the main fuse at the IEC socket but I think there are at least another two fuses inside.

Yesterday, I replaced all four stock internal fuses with HiFi Tuning Supreme Copper v3 fuses. Correction to my previous post: The internal fuses are fast-blow, I think. I need to sit down with a magnifier and look at the 2a fuses I took out. Thanks!
The sound has changed. Music is now more transparent and clear at lower volumes. More 3-D. Smoother-sounding but not rolled off.
I chuckle when I think about a post I read on the forum that fuse swaps don't make a difference because they're just "one little wire" of many. Maybe so, but changing 5 of those little wires does make an audible change.
I haven't had much time to listen since I did the swap. I'll report back later on.

Going by the manual, it looks like you’re right. They only mention one fuse. I stand corrected. So the two I the IEC fuse holder are active?

I wanted red, got red, and I'm glad I did. I'm sure many people would prefer the subtler colors, but I knew I'd always regret it of O didn't get what I really wanted at this pricepoint. Definitely avoid the Zebrawood due to deterioration over timeI am about to pull the trigger on an Inpol Ear but I am undecided on color and if the $500 difference in price for de lacquer and veneer is worth the money.
Any opinions on that and colors!?
