During that time the person manning their messenger on their FB account (Anna Letizia) was very accommodating...had reached them out thru that channel.

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted circle back and let you know I sent the amp to Upscale Audio for service, and they were able to fix the problem. It seems the output bias settings were off and the technician had to change the FETs and the amp then held the correct bias. It took 2-3 days for them to diagnose and correct the problem. I have the amp back and it's working just fine. The people at Upscale were great to deal with. Good communication, fair price and quick turnaround. Very professional and courteous. Overall, an excellent customer experience. I'm just glad they were able to get the amp back in working order. I hope everyone is enjoying a nice, quiet weekend. Best, James
