Ordered too, crossing fingers (damn US dollar too high vs CAN$ lately ... ).
I'm still resisting!
Waiting for its brother.
I think you found 1099 reasons to.
Is that $ or £'s ? I've just seen them priced at £1.099 on Oppo U.K. seller. Sadly, there's no way I can spend that kind of money on headphones, even if I had it !
That was quoted to me in $ from their US website. Why are the UK always equate $ in pounds, I thought your distributors had an exchange rate calculator.
Wait for the PM-2 it's 699$ US which if I am using your weird UK distributor exchange rate calculator will be 699 Pounds.
Yes, I can't figure that one out myself !! US cost $1.099....U.K. cost £1.099 ( Surely U.K. cost should equate to something like, £600 - £700 ! ?? )
( Time to send Oppo U.K. dealer e mail, for an explanation !! ? )
^ I call taxes, VAT, import and customs fees.
Even that, doesn't justify the huge price difference ! I've just sent a Oppo U.K. dealer e mail, asking if it's possible to give an explanation for the difference in price.....I suspect if they give any, it will be for the reasons you suggest ?
