I honestly love the original design, from an aesthetic standpoint. Very industrial, it looks like something you would use to jack in to the matrix

I really like the original design with the cord coming straight out of the cup. I'd buy a pair if they sounded good!

I agree with the jerk below .......... they look ridiculous but that's easily fixed ............. make it a right angle connection with cord hanging down: but make sure their is a cord tie so that if the cord gets jerked it doesn't ruin the connector
