I just wondered how to took them apart. is there any pics and manual...don't want to break them.

and more. I bought them new but they had very little scratch on grille and when I pulled headband out there were fingermark on one side. How can I know that they are really new?

the signs that you just said already dictate that it is not new.

As the man said, you've answered your own question. New 'phones generally don't come supplied with fingerprints and scratches.... take them back and demand a new pair.

but how can I prove that, they may take them back but replace....

after 10 days you can tell that they are used. Pads are not like new, when I got they were. There is/were no factory seal too

its 14th day and last day to give them back - its sunday!
