So, my budget is 100$ and I want open headphones. I'll be using it mainly for movies and music, sometimes for gaming. My pc doesn't have a fancy sound card and I don't want to spend money on it or amp, so I think I should look for headphones with 32 ohm impedance. I was planning to buy Sennheiser HD 555, but it has 50 ohm impedance. What should I buy?

The HD555 really would be a great option.  impedance is not the only factor and the difference between 50 and 32 ohm is negligible.  The HD555 has a rather high sensitivity and should not have any problem being driven by your sound card.  I know I can great very good volume out of mine when I run it strait out of the integrated sound on my laptop.

The AD700 is great, although the bass is a little lean, depending on your tastes.
 
If your other research lead you to the HD555, go with them. They'll work fine with your sound card.

 Both headphones are well known for their comfort with the slight edge going to the AD700.  The only issue with the AD700 is finding that perfect fit, some users with smaller to average noggins have reported that they tend to slide off.  There are however, a few simple mods that can be done to alleviate this issue.

I can get almost new ATH-M50 headphones very cheap (i know that they aren't open), but not sure if they are not fake. How can I make sure they are original? And what about their comfort compared to AD700?

It's really hard to be more comfortable than the ATH-AD700's
