that's the information for the Pioneer XDP-300R not the DP-X1A, the later still features 2 microsd slots, I have just been looking at the product specification page before you posted this
Looking at the page I do see that the Pioneer XDP-300R still has 2 MicroSD slots, 2x ES9018K2M and a 2.5" balanced out. Bumper and speaker are gone, looks like a rebadged DP-X1.....

The DP-X1A has 64GB memory instead of 32GB and a new plate for the headphone out (should address the issues with the loose headphone jack of the DP-X1 I assume). 2x MicroSD slots as well. So the changes compared to the DP-X1 appear to be minimal.
