Right.

Hey guys, can you guys advice if I should get a second hand dpx1 now? I am currently using a ve monk plus while I wait for my reshelled noble 4s to come back and I also have a pair of hd600s. I have tried the dpx1 before and the sound was great but I am just kind of worried about the battery life. For you guys, is the battery life sufficient? Dpx1a aand dpx1 has the same battery capability so I believe both models will have the same battery life. Thank you!
(Or is mojo a better option? Thank you!)
I am on financial aide for college and I cannot have any credit debit cards even prepaid or any income or titles to property, vehicles and such. I would have to pay back all of my financial aide plus interest if I broke the agreement. I cannot afford that.

had plan to get Dp-x1 but after reading review and more review and even some post in this forum, some say bad batterie life (3 hours or so constant usage even without wifi), jack problem ... single output only use a single dac and amp (own a B&W p7 with 3.5mm trs jack), balanced output sound much better than single ...![]()
now i am not so sure i am going to get it or not ...as in france refund is very hard to get unlike in US![]()
I don't think the % of dp-x1 having issue is high. BTW every other product has some issues. dp-x1 is actually better in design in terms of Android based music player.
Dignis still the best case for this thing? Anyone know of a decent Canadian reseller that might carry them, or am I importing from Asia?
Just saw Best Buy offers a 4 year warranty for the DP-X1 for $130.00. Should I just buy it there? I would order in store with a gift card. Would Best Buy carry the latest U.S. version most likely? It seems like a good long reassurance. By the time the warranty runs out who knows I might be on to another dap.
I am looking to buy a new DAP, but torn between this model and an acoustic research M20. SQ is subjective on the whole, but can someone tell me how their power outputs compare? Can they both drive big cans?
onkyo dp-x1 can power 250ohm headphones easily over single ended output (enough power).
i think balanced can power 600ohm, but i am not quite sure.
balanced is twice as powerful over single ended.
not sure about M20.
Thank youthe headphones I am looking to use are my beyerdynamic T90s. The only issue with them are they have a fixed cable, so I guess I won't be able to use the balanced input :/![]()
