Nope its a new model and more expensive than the original one =_=.
Is that the Italian Buttero leather? $130?

I must have missed something, my apology as I didn't realize they were discussing Bluetooth. My bad, yes if that is the case with Bluetooth all the internals of the DP-X1 are bypassed and the processing and amplification take place on the headphone. That is why I sold my DP-X1, I went Bluetooth for portable music.

Has anyone had a chance to compare this to the ak100ii, ak70, opus 1?
That's a really nice finish. Is it custom-made from Dignis?

I'd like to ask.
how do we remove the dignis case?
it's so hard compared to onkyo original case.
Only Ak70 and Opus 1. The Onkyo have more bass impact than the Opus. While both is consider pretty neutral. The Opus have a slightly larger soundstage than the Onkyo IIRC..
While the AK70 is a bit meh for the price imo.. But I do remember the Onkyo is clearly better than the AK70 (I only audit it for a good 20 min or so.) So I can't give a very detail comparison with it.
Has anyone compare this to the Acoustic Research M2? I'm will be pulling the plug next month.
Thanks.
I just wanted to tell you that Onkyo does not give any warranty if you bought this device abroad.
My device broke because of a simple software problem and nobody is able to fix it.
They told me this device cannot be repaired, you cannot even change the battery. As soon as it stops working you can throw it away.
I have been taking to all kinds of Onkyo people and every single one of them refused to help me.
Just my two cents about the first Onkyo/Pioneer product I have ever owned. This has been my last.
