Yeah but the phone is in the pocket and you have to dig for it.
I'm thinking about putting Velcro loop on my belt, and then a piece of velcro on the back of the case.
(I've got some of the 10 or 15lb Velcro tape. So it should hold. )
If I get this done, I'll photograph it.

I like that option... , but for my use case... doesn't work ...

Hello! When I connecting sensitive headphones (soundrhyme sr5) in onix alpha, to an apple ipad or iphone xs max, with a fiio cable or the supplied one with an adapter, background noise (squeak) is heard. This noise practically disappears if you connect with a shielded "anaudiophile" cable. Very quiet, but still audible if you listen closely.

Is this normal? Or did I get a defective DAC?

Just tested 1.1.3 and it sounds just dry and flat it's a BIG sq downgrade. Back on juicy and rich1.0.3

My device have the same 'feature'... I try with CA Andromeda 2019 V2 and I can confirm yours observations. It's a bit odd, that I notice hiss is disappear with higher sample rates above 48Mhz

Thanks! Updated backward to 1.0.3, it really seemed that the sound became softer, more pleasant. And with the same volume settings, it became a little louder, interesting

I managed to use the dual usb c cable to power the Onix connected to the Hiby R4 without having to power it using a powerbank or type C charger. Previously, the Onix would not turn on using just the stock cable or any other cable I tried.

The video link shows that this works. Perhaps @Shanling will change their stock cable to this so it will work with all phones now.
