It's virtual machine not real complete windows
I understand.
The only windows machines in my home are client laptops when I need to use their machines to access their networks.
I switched over fully to Mac ~15 years ago for desktop and run a cluster of Linux servers.

I can walk to either MicroCenter or Best Buy and see. If that fails... maybe I'll do the VM route.

Ok, what device?
For example I use my iPhone 15 and then my mac book.
On the Mac I use eqMac to do some equalization.. where I can do some bass boost, or use a preset filter that they have for my IEMs.

I use Spotify, but would imagine that tidal has some sort of equalization (EQ) where you can boost some frequency.
Tidal doesn't have any EQ settings.

Firmware Update V1.1.3 for ONIX XI1

Full Notes and download link on official website:

Nice update sir. What I feel after the update Onix is smoother and warmer now, has better bass control, more natural and analoguish timbre, more thump, texture, and impact in its bass, and also safer from peak and grainy which appeared in the previous fw version. So the iem synergy feels better now than the previous one

After I updated to the latest firmware, I still prefer to the stock or previous firmware especially in terms of technical performance, specifically on the resolution and black background performance on previous firmware which is in my opinion the technical performance is the biggest advantage for this dac in it's price compared to other dac dongle in similar price range. May I get an access to downgrade to the previous firmware or can u fix it the technical performance in future firmware update? 🙏

I hope others can confirm this so we don't have to go through the trouble of updating the firmware and not liking the resulting "down grade" in audio quality. However, according to @Shanling , they claim that the firmware updates do not change the sound. Although I have seen this happen in the other chat group for Hiby FC6 where each firmware update produced slight changes in perceived sound quality.
