So today I had a 5 hour trip (normally my trips are no longer than at most 3 1/2 hours). Playing aac from iPhone with eq and anc enabled from a starting point of 100% charge on both buds. Left bud died after 3 hours 45 minutes and the right bud died after 3 hours 55 minutes. I’m sure that from new 2 years ago under same conditions both buds lasted over 5 hours

+~ 20% drop after 2 years. That’s not bad I think. Also they’re always kept in the case and although the charging indicator is off, they may be trickle charged constantly.

I suddenly cannot connect both side of my XM3. If I connect left side first, then the right side will sound like a broken game frozen in the middle of a speech.
Something like "Power Ooooooooooooooooo" or "Powerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".
When I connect the right side first, then the left side shows same issue.
I tried to do a factory reset but i cant seem to get it to show the 4 flashing blue light.
Also, sometimes one of the side suddenly connect to my phone even while inside the case.
Not sure if all three issues is all related to the same root cause. Anyone got any idea why and how to fix?
Hello my right earbud is is producing a windy whistle while the noise cancelling is on. when I try to listen with noise cancelling off, it sounds mid boosted. I tried resetting it but didn't fix it. it's exactly 1 year since I bought mine so no warranty. does anyone know if it's a hardware problem? or any fix?
I was gifted this today. I was surprised by the sheer resolution these earbuds put out for the price. I had a chance to try the z1r. The bass reminds me of the z1r. Slow reverbish that sounds larger than life/euphoric. The mids are very slightly less than neutral quantity. At least these buds have more lower mid presence compared to the z1r. Still not enough for my taste, but it does not bother me. Highs are sparkly without no sibilance, but it sounds grainy, not very refined and detailed . Again, I am comparing these to the top tier iems or else they are great for the price. I didn't go for the z1r coz their mids were recessed. This one does not seem to have that problem, so I am happy
