Which other DAp has USB audio out from micro USB other than Hidizs AP60 ?
Shanling M1 has USB C. Any new DAPs in the market ?

This dap looks like it literally has no brand at all. Still a little interesting though.

Nice find. I might try one. Thanks.

Don't, save moolah for T8!

Could be another 6 months before we see that! I just noticed that the T6 has resurfaced in the same store it was before. I'm still pretty keen on that too..Bluetooth and all the other good stuff present. If only it had a line-out!!!

Benjie just sent me a firmware update - T6 update_55381.rar

It extracts to a T6 update.upt file that I have not been able to get the T6 to recognize with the built in firmware update function.

Have not seen a .upt file before but it is not a self-extraction or exe file so it probably requires a tool to install beyond the internal updater in the T6.

Have written back to Benjie for instructions, but if anyone here can offer some hints on using .upt files, please feel free to chime in!

That's interesting. Did they mention any details of what's in the update? I'm guessing that this is related to how they suddenly became unavailable on that AliExpress store and now they're available again, like there was a problem and they stopped selling them until a hotfix update was released. Just more pure speculation on my part of course haha.

Don't have any tips for you with the update though. Did you copy the firmware to the root directory before doing the update function?

I just can tell you how it does in the Hidizs AP60 that it uses .upt file to update the firmware. You have to copy the .upt file into the root directory, then go to system settings and there is an option: system update. Choose this option and it update the new firmware..

No details to go along with the file, but the revised firmware was definitely supposed to be slip-streamed into manufacturing ASAP to enable DSD file functionality and some other major changes per the announced specs.

Have not found a way to get to the root directory on the T6, I was trying to run the .upt file off a microSD card.

This sounds like what I need to do with the T6. How do you get to the root directory?

I use Total Commander for these things, but maybe  you have to give administration's privilege to window's 10 file viewer to see root directory.
Anyway... in the S5 i tried this, i connected it to my computer and in windows 10 file viewer i choose the S5 unit name ( J in my computer, maybe E or F on yours, you have to know it ) and i can see the root directory without permissions. Its where its all .lib archives.
