Technically it does, since everything except the front panel where the display, volume knob, headphone jacks and input buttons are, is black aluminium. The front panel is a silvery grey color, almost identical to the one on a MacBook Pro.

Well, after giving it some thought I decided to upgrade from the NuForce HDP to the new PS Audio PerfectWave Mark II DAC. Will post impressions when I receive it!
