hello i realy like music but never have high end head gear, i want to buy audeze LCD 2 Rev2, violectric v200 amp  and violectric v800 dac it cost  3.3k expensive head gear, are bottleneck to my ears? too much money for headgear for non audiophile listenener ? how i can check my ears, how good i can hear music ?

If you can hear the different between live music (unamplified) and a hi fi, then that's all the qualification you need. Hearing is relative, enjoy what you got within your own ability to its full potential. I say go for it.

how to training my ears ?

If you can spend that amount of money, and you really love music, your ears will respond. They will train themselves as you listen to what you like.
