I have no idea what the question actually means.

Stress=Force/Area
Force=Stress*Area
Dia. of 22ga wire: .000644m
Rad. of 22ga wire: .000322m
Cross sectional area of 22ga wire: 3.26e-7m^2
(3.26e-7 m^2)*(220 MPa) = 7.172e-5 MegaNewtons
.00007172 MegaNewtons = 71.72 Newtons
(71.72 N)/(9.8 m/s^2) = 7.32 kg = 16.1 lbs

This is the amount of mass required to break a single strand of 22 AWG copper wire. However, due to the rubber insulation of the wire, and the fact that two of these wires are needed to complete an audio cable, the total breaking strength of a headphone wire could be very different. Below are my guesses:

36.3lbs
40.4lbs
48.6lbs
