How are you finding the magni+ ?
I really like it but I feel it just needs a little more warmth and more punch
Actually my ear likes less warm stuff. So I have a slight bias towards the Magni + and the 3+ which I own as well.
Punch not an issue here it has twice the power available at 50 ohms and lower. It would work better with hard to drive planars low impedance.

That said I like them both equally.
By pairing with different cans with these two amps my ears smile alot.

Someone please tell me I’m not alone with courier delays. I’m in SoCal and the delivery was originally projected for Wed, then Fri, and now Mon! Blue balls.

I think grey balls is more appropriate.

Enjoy! what headphones are you going to pair it with?

I’m using my AKG K712 Pro headphones and ETA Mini Closed with the Piety :)

The Piety is definitely giving good synergies with dynamic drivers. As for Planars, I only have the Dan Clark Aeon X Open but IMHO Piety doesn’t max out the Aeon X Open not in loudness but driver control rather, but the easy to drive ones (those that require less continuous and simultaneous voltage and current draw) from Rosson and Audeze and HiFiman (except Susvara and HE6se) planars should synergize well with Piety
