Hi folks,
I've enjoyed digging into the excellent reviews. I thought I'd throw this out and see if there are any recommendations. I have been on the hunt for some good all-purpose headphones that can span jogging to office listening to travel. What got me here is a shorted left can of the $179 Bose over-the-ears (which I plan to remedy and then give to the girlfriend). After reading a number of reviews at Amazon but before coming here, I have procured and awaiting the following:
Senn PX-100 II
Senn PX-200 II
 
After lurking here, I've added:
Brainwavz M2
 
I don't have an interest in getting a headphone amp and my musical interests span jazz, prog, classic rock and have recently been dabbling in guitar-oriented country. I am a hobbyist guitarist and drummer but the guitar in both acoustic (steel and nylon) and electrical form is what moves me. I am not an audiophile but have some nice home gear. Using an iPod Classic for what these will be intended for. Hopefully this info is helpful.
 
What would you suggest as complement to the above, preferrably IEM, in the <$100 range?

if i had a US$100 budget to experiment with id say grab a PL-50  and an M1.  if the budget can stretch a tiny bit id say get a PL-50 and an RE-0.
 
those combined with what you have already ordered would give you a wide spread of sounds to hear

Thanks. I also ordered the RE0. Looking forward to giving them a try. The Senns have been wonderful with the PX100-II being perfect for jogging.
