My friends, the wait is FINALLY drawing to a close. Gavin will be dropping by my little red dot of an island home next week, and barring any unforeseen circumstances, my Plus5 will at last be in my hands. Or, rather, in my ears. 

 
To whet my appetite, Gavin kindly sent me the attached photo to give me an idea of how the finished production unit looks like when it is ready for delivery. I don't know about you but isn't the finish of the housing gorgeous?! What is particularly striking is the polished finish of the tip of the housing.
